PRE DESIGN and PLANNING CONSULTATION WITH STOKE HOLY CROSS PARISHIONERS

RESIDENTIAL SITE AT LONG LANE.
NOVEMBER 2011

We are currently proposing to make a application to South Norfolk DC to build Houses on a site at Long Lane Stoke Holy Cross. The site is indicated below.

We are asking for comments and interest from the people that live in the village. We would like to hear from people interested in :-

  1. PURCHASING A SUITABLE HOME. HIGH QUALITY FAMILY HOMES
  2. TYPE OF HOMES REQUIRED IN THE VILLAGE . E.G. LARGER 4 BED HOMES.
  3. RENTING AN AFFORDABLE HOME

So far we have we established a requirement for:-

  1. A FOOTPATH FROM THE SITE TO UPPER STOKE HOLY CROSS, JOINING THE TWO SCHOOLS
  2. CAR PARKING ON THE SITE TO RELIEVE CONGESTION AROUND THE PRIMARY SCHOOL WHEN CHILDREN ARE DROPPED OFF OR COLLECTED
  3. AFFORDABLE HOUSING, BOTH RENTED AND SHARED OWNERSHIP.
