Established in 1987 in the centre of Norwich, CAM Architects has a reputation for competent, well designed buildings suiting the needs of our Clients.

The Practice works with you, the Building owner and end user, in pursuit of your requirements by :-

-Collaboration to define the brief

-Collaboration with other Consultants to achieve the best solution given    the parameters on use and cost

We work on the basis of total inclusion with the team that undertakes the survey, liaises on the brief, designs the building and works with the Builder to construct the proposals.

We are familiar with the statutory requirements of planning and building control.

Design led in all aspects produces the right end result and we utilise all the latest principles of sustainable design, for instance Passivhaus energy reduction, which should be the standard and not the exception.

CAM embraces all projects in all sections from the individual house or extension, to the latest in Student Accommodation.  Our designs are subject to scrutiny under Localism by way of public consultation, which we embrace and undertake.

With the ever growing spectrum of regulations, we keep ourselves updated through regular Continuing Professional Development courses and training in all areas.
